Every page on this site that is meant to be found, and nothing else. Three
lines today; the list is short enough that the risk is not size, it is drift —
a page added without a line here, or a line here left behind by a page that
moved. tests/site/sitemap.test.mjs is what stops both: it builds this set from
the pages' own <link rel="canonical"> tags and fails if it does not match, so
nobody has to remember this file exists.

THE URLS ARE THE CANONICAL ONES, extensionless. Cloudflare Pages serves
  privacy.html at /privacy and 308s /privacy.html to it — measured against
production on 2026-09-01, and site/privacy.html's own comment says so. Listing
the .html form would fill this file with redirects, which is the one thing a
sitemap URL must not be: a crawler follows it, lands somewhere else, and
indexes the destination while the entry here earns nothing.

  404.html is absent because it carries <meta name="robots" content="noindex">,
which is the rule the test applies — not a hard-coded exception for that one
file. The app at app.abatementdesk.com is a different host and a different
artifact, noindex in App.razor; it has no place in the apex's sitemap.

NO <lastmod>, <changefreq> OR <priority>. The last two are ignored outright by
every major engine and always have been. <lastmod> is read only while it can be
trusted, and nothing here could keep it honest: this site deploys by direct
upload with no build step (wrangler.jsonc), so a date would be hand-typed and
would go stale the first time a page was edited by someone who did not think to
come back here. An absent lastmod costs a crawl hint. A wrong one discredits
all three entries, and it is invisible when it happens. If a build step ever
generates this file, generate the dates with it and this paragraph is spent.
